Restore. Reset. ReJOY!

I help busy, overstressed people find more peace and joy in their daily lives through restorative practices, including meditation, yoga & dance.

About Me

I share with others restorative practices that have profoundly transformed my life—practices like meditation and mindfulness, restorative yoga (a deep, resting practice), sound baths, joyful movement and dance, Reiki and more. Practices I wish I'd had much, much sooner.

Together, they've helped me recover from debilitating stress, anxiety, grief and burnout and reconnect with the calm, joy and truest, brightest self rooted deep within me.

My programs are designed to help others rediscover all the gold that lies within them as well. I offer an array of formats and practices, both in-person and online, and strive to make them easy and accessible so more people can experience more benefits from these tools.

If you want to live with less stress and more peace and joy, too, join me on this journey!
